The 6" thick version delivers exceptional low-frequency performance, achieving a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 1.25 and providing 58% sound absorption at 125 Hz, as tested in accordance with ASTM C423-17, Standard Test Method for Sound Absorption and Sound Absorption Coefficients by the Reverberation Room Method. Performance values for other thicknesses will vary.
3-Point Wedge Panels can be directly applied to ceilings, installed within pre-engineered suspension systems, or adhered to walls, which remains their most common application.
